Director of Expertise France's health department since the beginning of July 2017, Antoine Peigney was previously Director of International Relations and Operations at the French Red Cross, from 2002 to 2016 after having been Head of the Operational Division between 1998 and 2002. A graduate of the Bioforce-Développement school in Lyon (of which he was then a member of the Board of Directors for 14 years, until 2016), Antoine Peigney carried out several humanitarian missions (Romania, Lebanon, Bosnia, Angola, South Sudan....) between 1989 and 1994 for various NGOs (Terres des Hommes, ACF, MdM, Secours Populaire). From 1995 to 1997, he was in charge of Africa programs for the NGO Équilibre in Lyon.
