Le site www.rdvexpertise.fr (hereinafter referred to as "the site") is dedicated to Expertise France's Rendez-vous de l'Expertise conference series. As such, it contains information on Expertise France's activities (projects, news, etc.). The links on the site sometimes lead to sites outside Expertise France, for which Expertise France declines all responsibility.
Expertise France reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice the general conditions of use, the user charter and the privacy policy and legal notices while preserving compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and Law No. 78-17 as amended. Site features www.rdvexpertise.fr involves the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "personal data") of any user of the Site (hereinafter referred to as "user(s)").

This information and data concerns the identification of users: first and last name, place of residence, position, organization, personal details (e.g. e-mail).
6.2 Purpose
The purpose of processing personal data enabled by the site's registration form is to register for an edition of Rendez-vous de l'Expertise or to keep you informed of news related to this conference cycle. The data may also be used for internal statistical purposes, in order to assess the international community's interest in this type of event.
Expertise France undertakes not to use personal data for purposes other than those mentioned above, in order to ensure their confidentiality.

The recipients of the personal data collected from the Site event registration form are :

Expertise France retains the e-mail address of newsletter subscribers until the person concerned unsubscribes (via the unsubscribe link included in the newsletter).
