Stéphanie Tchiombiano
With degrees in political science and public health, Stéphanie Tchiombiano is an associate lecturer in the political science department at Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne. She is the pedagogical coordinator of the "Development and Humanitarian Aid" master's program. She has worked for over fifteen years in the health sector in West Africa. For eight years, she was a delegate for the French Red Cross in Niger, Togo, Mali, Chad and Burkina Faso. In particular, she helped set up several outpatient treatment centers (CTA). She then spent a further eight years as head of mission for the NGO Solthis, in Niger, Mali and Guinea, during which time she worked mainly on access to antiretrovirals for HIV-positive patients and strengthening healthcare systems. She then spent three years with FEI / Expertise France, working on the 5% AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria Initiative, for which she was coordinator. Today, she divides her time between university teaching and coordinating the "Global Health 2030" think tank.
