Mr. Boubrik will be appointed Director General of the Caisse Nationale de Sécurité Sociale by His Majesty King Mohammed VI in February 2021. Prior to this appointment, he held the position of Chairman of the Insurance and Social Security Supervisory Authority since February 2016. Mr Boubrik previously worked for the Ministry of Finance and then for the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (CDG) group, where he held a number of senior positions, including Managing Director of CDG Capital, Deputy Managing Director of CDG Développement, the holding company for CDG's non-financial activities, and Group General Secretary. Mr Boubrik was also a member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS) and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the African Reinsurance Corporation (1^er reinsurer in Africa). Mr. Boubrik holds a diploma in economic statistics engineering from the Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Économique in Paris (ENSAE).
