Isabelle Pypaert-Perrin, permanent volunteer with the International Movement ATD Fourth World
since 1981, has been Managing Director since 2012. ATD Fourth World, present in 35 countries,
mobilizes society to end extreme poverty. Isabelle Pypaert-Perrin was a member of the
in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Guatemala, Haiti and Southeast Asia.
Since she joined the General Delegation team in 2008, she has been contributing to a
tèt ansanm" (Haitian Creole) governance, i.e. putting ideas together,
the intelligence and courage of the various members of ATD Fourth World. His team supports them
in the implementation of their missions, the links between them, and their contribution to the
sustainable actions and pilot projects. Internationally, its team has
initiated consultation and research-action projects in the crossroads of knowledge, such as :
contribution to the UN guiding principles on extreme poverty and human rights
and research conducted in partnership with Oxford University on "the dimensions
of poverty".
