Jean-François Guillaume
Jean-François Guillaume is a graduate of the Institut d'études politiques and has been working since 2018 as head of the Stabilization mission at the Crisis and Support Center of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs. During his career, Jean-François has held a number of positions abroad: first secretary in Kinshasa from 2000 to 2003; political advisor in Riyadh between 2007 and 2008; secondment to the French Ministry of Defense as diplomatic advisor to the new Supreme Allied Commander for Transformation (SACT) in Norfolk, USA, between 2008 and 2012; and posting to Baghdad from 2012 to 2015. He was named Chevalier de l'Ordre du Mérite in 2018.
