Since the start of the war of aggression against Ukraine 4 years ago, Expertise France has been supporting Ukrainian institutions in their dual challenge of strengthening the resilience of the state and preparing the country’s reconstruction. Justice, local governance, digital transformation or alignment with European standards: despite the conflict, reforms, private-sector innovation and health-system strengthening are continuing.
Through a field report shot in Lviv, Kyiv and Chernihiv, this unique Rendez-vous de l’Expertise will give a voice to the players who, on a daily basis, contribute to the continuity of public services and the resilience of the country’s spirit of innovation. With one objective: to prepare Ukraine’s European future.
